Designed for "Normal" to Harsh Environments

When the MAGNUM-AL aluminum based is used in extreme environments, like carbide dust or weld spatter, the purge system can be used to prevent any contamination from entering the gripper. The purge port is simple plumbed to a constant, low pressure pneumatic line.

In all other "normal" environments the MAGNUM-AL grippers exceed the life and accuracy of older technology implementations. (see the MAGNUM-PET for DI and clean room environments). The selection of materials combined with the advanced slide design far exceed the capabilities of antiquated roller or box slide products.
